Natasa Srdic-Jahn – Piano

Born 1981 in Belgrad/Serbia • Started playing piano at the age of 4 • Piano lessons with Isidor Bajic from 1984 till 1998 in the music high school in Novi Sad and from 1998 till 2003 in the class from Prof. Rita Kinka in the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad • She was scholarship holder from the University of Novi Sad in 2 consecutive years • 2003 she started studies in the Hochschule für Musik FRANZ LISZT Weimar in the class from Prof. Frank-Immo Zichner, achieving the Diploma of Arts in 2005 • Postgraduate study in chamber music in the class from Prof. Ulrich Beetz and Prof. Larissa Kondratjewa

She achieved several prices at international competitions, such as a second price at the Nicolai Rubinstein Competition Paris 1997 and the first price at the Rowena Ferguson Piano Competition in Edinburgh, Scotland 1999 • Besides of many solo concerts in Paris, London, Belgrad and Edinburgh she also played with the chamber orchestra Camerata Academica and the Symphony Orchestra of the Academy of Arts Novi Sad

Marija Kandic – accordion


Born in Užice/Serbia • Musical education in Užice and Belgrad • Diploma after studying in the class of Prof. Ivan Koval at the Hochschule für Musik FRANZ LISZT Weimar • Master class degree at the university of music in Würzburg in the class of Prof. Stefan Hussong • Master classes with Hugo Noth, Matti Rantanen, Geir Draugsvoll, Margit Kern • 2. prices at the international accordeon competition ”Stefano Bizzarri“ 1997 in Morro d’Oro/Italy and in the competition of the ”Musikalische Akademie Würzburg“ 2010 • Accordion duo with Terhi Sjöblom • 1. price at the 47. international accordeon competition in Klingenthal 2010 • Scholarship awarded by the ”Musikalische Akademie Würzburg“ and ”Yehudi Menuhin – LiveMusicNow“ • Soloist with the ”Junge Philharmonie Würzburg“ 2011 • Guest engagements: Staatskapelle Weimar, Sächsische Staatskapelle Dresden, Neue Philharmonie Frankfurt, Thüringer Symphoniker Saalfeld-Rudolstadt • Concerts in Germany, Southeasteurope and Canada • Member of the Ensemble Marges since 2007 and of the Polychrome Orchestra • Since 2006 educational work

Diego Uzal – composer

Born 1969 in Buenos Aires/Argentina • Musical Education between 1983 and 1991 at the conservatoire in Buenos Aires • 1988 till 1995 he studied composition at the Catholic University of Buenos Aires • At the same time he attended lectures and seminars in philosophy at the National University of La Plata • Scholarship holder of the Studio for Electroacustic Music of Buenos Aires • 2000 – 2002 he continued with a postgraduate study at the University of Music and Theatre “Felix Mendelssohn Bartholdy“ Leipzig, finishing with a concert exam2002 he did a period of residence at the sound studio of the TU Berlin and participated at the Darmstädter Ferienkurse, where his work ”un simple insinuation au silence” was premiered • Co-Founder of the Ensemble Synchronie • 2003 – 2005 he completed a complementary study in electroacustic music at the Hochschule für Musik FRANZ LISZT Weimar • Currently he is working on a dissertation on musical discourse • His works have been performed in many cities including Buenos Aires, Weimar, Leipzig, Darmstadt, Lissabon, Paris, Bonn and Berlin

Katharina Uzal – Cello

Samuel T. Klemke – Guitar

Samuel T. Klemke

Born in 1978 • First guitar lesson with his father at the age of 4 • Early success at national competitions, playing solo and also in a duo with his sister Laura • 1999 he started studying in Weimar in the guitar class of Prof. M. Rost, he accomplished the final exam with highest marks • Postgraduate study at the same unviersity in the guitar class of Prof. Müller-Pering • Master classes with Romero, Russel and Tannenbaum


2004 he was awarded with the postgraduate scholarship of the Free State of Thuringia • During this time he studied the works of Toru Takemitsu and Hans Werner Henze • Prices at many national and international competitions such as the Stafford Classical Guitar Recital Competition • Concert tours abroad lead him to Martinique, Japan, USA, Southamerica and Southeastasia • Samuel T. Klemke is a very diverse guitarist, his repertoire reaches from old music till music of the 20. and 21. century • Together with his sister Laura he plays in the Guitar Duo Klemke, their first recording ”Danza espanola“ was released in 2005

Michael Möstl – Clarinet

Michael Möstl

Born 1988 in Chiang Rai/Thailand • Started playing clarinet at the age of 11 in the music school in Weimar • Clarinet lessons in the class of Matthias Demme during his time at ”Spezialschule für Musik Schloss Belvedere“ Weimar • Study at the Hochschule für Musik FRANZ LISZT Weimar from 2000 till now in the class of Prof. Martin Spangenberg, bassclarinet lessons with Manfred Preis • 2011/2012 study in Graz/Austria in the class of Prof. Stefan Schilling

Several prices at the national finals of the competition ”Jugend Musiziert“ • First experiences as soloist at the age of 16 with the LJO Thüringen and the orchestra from the ”Spezialschule für Musik Schloss Belvedere“ • Concerts with several national and international orchestras such as ”Junges Tonkünstler Orchester in Bayreuth”, ”San Diego Youth Symphony Orchestra”, ”Orchester M18” and ”Stüba Philharmonie” • Besides of playing solo concerts in Brussels, San Diego and Weimar he had several guest engagements in orchestras such as ”Staatskapelle Weimar”, ”Loh-Orchester Sondershausen”, ”Theater Rudolstadt” and the ”Mitteldeutsche Kammerphilharmonie Schönebeck” • Master class with Prof. Johannes Peitz • Member of the Ensemble Marges since 2008
